Description

The French Fitness Synergy 360 Synrgy is a multi-station Functional Training Rig that provides countless training alternatives, add-ons, and dynamic training materials. The design integrates a number of popular total-body dynamic workouts to produce motivating fitness experiences for a wide range of exercisers. Built with a sturdy, two-layer anti-static powder coating over an 11-gauge flat elliptical tube frame that is very resistant to chipping or scratching. The robust construction features include a fully welded frame, precision welded joints and internally lubricated steel cables. The different stations and accessories included open up possibilities for providing engaging and dynamic functional fitness, strength training, personal training, core training, group training, exercise and weight reduction, boot camp, and sport-specific training.
