Description

The French Fitness Shasta Bicep Arm Curl is an essential component for strength training development. Arm cushions are slanted at a particular slope for security and steadiness of shoulder motion. Pivots and handgrips are uniquely placed to prevent wrist tension and elevate positioning.

  • Each frame receives an electrostatic powder coat finish to ensure maximum adhesion and durability

  • Standard rubber feet protect the base of the frame and prevent the machine from slipping

  • Contoured cushions utilize a moulded foam for superior comfort and durability

  • Grips are retained with aluminum collars, preventing them from slipping during use

  • Hand grips are a durable urethane composite

  • 7 x 19 strand construction, lubricated, nylon-coated cable

  • 4-1/2" (11 cm)diameter fibreglass-impregnated nylon pulleys feature sealed bearings

  • Solid-steel weight plates. The top weight plate is fitted with self-lubricating bushings

  • 7/16" (11 mm) diameter weight selector pin magnetically locks in place and is connected to the stack to prevent loss

Workout Area

  • Very compact and does not require much extra space for full function; No extra height is needed to operate - other than the user’s height when on the machine

  • The only extra width consideration is enough room for a user to access the unit (the machines do not need any extra width to operate) just for the user to actually get into it

  • Add 24” of length out the front to allow the curl bar to pivot out
