Description

The French Fitness 3D Dual Action Smith Machine linear bearings provide an exceptionally smooth, fluid bar movement in both vertical and horizontal planes. The frame is made of heavy-duty 50 x 75 x 3mm steel. Like the frame, the guide rods are made from heavy-duty steel, which is naturally more resistant to wear and tear, so they require significantly less maintenance. The frame is supported by a rear extension for maximum payload and security. Adjustable safety catches offer forward, rear, and lower racking for enhanced safety. With a simple twist of the wrist, the bar "hooks" into place. The open design allows easy entry and exit while allowing freedom of movement. Multiple chin-up handles provide natural exercise motion for strengthening the arm and shoulder muscles. The standard six (6) premium weight horns eliminate the need for separate weight trees. Add an adjustable bench and you have a complete power gym.
